🚚 3. Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Armizer, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and reliably across India.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver Pan India through trusted courier partners.
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2–3 working days of confirmation.
2. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro/Rural: 5–8 business days
- Tracking details will be emailed/WhatsApped once the order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹4000.
- For orders below ₹4000, a nominal shipping fee will be added at checkout.
4. Delayed or Lost Orders
- If your parcel is delayed beyond expected timelines, please contact us.
- If the parcel is lost in transit, we will either resend or refund the amount after verification.
5. Damage During Transit
- If your product arrives damaged, please share photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
