💳 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Armizer, customer satisfaction is our priority. We maintain a transparent cancellation and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for all users.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
- To cancel, email us at support@armizer.com or call +91-9650141400 with your order ID.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for orders that were cancelled before shipping or if the product received is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Custom-cut or installed Paint Protection Films (PPFs) are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refund amount will exclude payment gateway fees (if any) and shipping charges, unless the error is from our end.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Products installed, used, or physically damaged by the user.
- Delays due to courier services or external factors (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
